FareOne Travels is not accountable for any failure of travel service suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, steamship lines, railroads, car rental agencies, tour operators and consolidators to perform the services offered by such suppliers. FareOne Travels, in providing services, does not promise or insure the services to be provided by any supplier, the financial position of such suppliers or the reimbursement to you from any loss experienced as a result of the financial condition of such supplier. In the event that a supplier defaults prior to providing the service to you for which payment has been made, the sole option for refund shall be with the defaulting supplier, from insurance covering such defaults if any or from other responsible third party unless such was caused by FareOne Travels .

These situations in which a supplier defaults prior to providing services you may take up any alternative against the supplier for refund, which may be permitted by law or statute. FareOne Travels warrants that it endow with the highest values of service in the trade and will use proper care in selecting suppliers so as to protect you from such default.

FareOne Travels assumes no responsibility for actions relating to travel services beyond the control of FareOne Travels or its employees. FareOne Travels is not accountable or liable for any act, error, omission, injury, loss, accident, damage, delay, nonperformance, irregularity, or any outcome thereof, which may be occurrence through neglect, or default or any other act or inaction of any supplier of Travel products. FareOne Travels shall not be accountable for any changeability in price or change in schedule or equipment or accommodations for any travel service, which occurs subsequent to payment for such service.

Once tickets have been issued there may be a penalty implicated for refunds. We do not have control over printed prices on the tickets, although most tickets may have BT (Bulk fare) printed on them, some may have a specific value on them, which may be different (lower or higher) than the fare collected. We urge you to inform your client of this.

FareOne Travels believes in 100% customer satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact Customer care.
Discounts offered may vary depending on a number of factors including Airlines utilized, class of service, destination, time of year (Low, mid or High Season), advance notice provided, minimum stay requirements fulfilled and flight load.

Our Liabilities & Limitations
Please note that after the finalization of the Tour/ service Cost, if there are any Hike in entrance fees of monuments / museums, Taxes, fuel cost or guide charges – by the Respective Authority , the same would be charged as extra.

FareOne Travels act only in the capacity of agent for the hotels, airlines, transporters providing other services & all exchange orders, receipts, contracts & tickets issued by us are issued subject to terms & conditions under which these services are provided by them.

All itineraries are best itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants etc. may dictate itinerary changes either before the tour or while on the trail. We reserve the right to change any schedule in the interest of the trip participant’s safety, comfort & general well being.

Our rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels, airlines etc. Hotels and Airlines retain the right to modify the rates without notice. In case of such changes the rates quoted before the modification, can be changed by us according to the modifications by hotels or airlines. All hotel bookings are based on usual check in and check out time of the hotels until unless indicated in the itinerary.

We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the program or expenses incurred - directly or indirectly - due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipments, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.

Incase of dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.

We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggage’s & personal property/s at all times are at the client's risk.

Indemnity
You agree and undertake to protect, defend indemnify and hold harmless FareOne Travels its employees, officers, directors, agents or representatives from and against any and all liabilities, damages, fines, penalties and costs (including legal costs and disbursements) arising from or relating to:
a) Any breach of any statute, regulation, direction, orders or standards from any governmental body, agency, or regulator applicable to Travel Agency;
b) Any breach of the terms and conditions in this Agreement by Travel Agency;
c) Any claim of any infringement of any intellectual property right or any other right of any third party or of law.
d) Any claim made by any third party/user arising out of the use of the services and/or arising in connections with services offered by Travel Agency under this Agreement.

You hereby undertake to indemnify, and keep indemnified, FareOne Travels its employees, officers, directors, agents or representatives from and against any loss, damage, liability or expense (including legal expenses) which FareOne Travels may suffer or incur as a result of any claim or action by any third party, including in connection with or on account of the reliance on, use of the services offered by You, or the breach of this Agreement. It is hereby agreed and understood between the parties hereto that the content belong to you exclusively and that the services to the users in respect of booking and selling the tickets are provided by you exclusively and that FareOne Travels is not responsible for the same. FareOne Travels merely acts as an intermediary to display the content of yours by way of search results to the users. FareOne Travels disclaims its liability and responsibility whatsoever while offering the content and services of Travel Agency to the users

Site Usage and Ticket Purchase
Warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement and to use this Web site in accordance with all terms and conditions herein. You agree to be financially responsible for all of your use of this Web site (as well as for use of your account by others, including, without limitation, minors living with you). You have to agree to supervise all usage of this Web site by minors under your name or account. You also warrant that all information supplied by you or members of your household in using this Web site is true and accurate. Further you also confirm that the traveler is not an unaccompanied minor. Without limitation, any exploratory, false, or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand is prohibited. You agree that the travel services reservations facilities of this Web site shall be used only to make legitimate reservations or purchases for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act. You understand that overuse or abuse of the travel services reservation facilities of this Web site may result in you being denied access to such facilities.

All offers, prices, and conditions of sale may be subject to: change without notice advance purchase, eligibility, seating, or other limitations travel days, dates, minimum or maximum stays, holidays, seasons, blackout dates, stopovers, and/or wait listing restrictions reservation validation limitations of up to one year (if any extension permitted, penalties/restrictions may apply); and/or other conditions/restrictions availability. Lower prices may be available. If your itinerary involves an ultimate destination or stop in a country other than the country of departure, the provisions of a treaty known as the "Warsaw Convention" may be applicable to your entire trip, including any portion entirely within the country of origin or destination. The Warsaw Convention governs and may limit the liability of certain air carriers for death of or personal injury to passengers and/or loss of or damage to baggage.
A reservation is not complete until confirmed/ticketed. To protect our customers, we verify with the credit/debit card company that the billing address and credit card verification number you provided to us is accurate and that your debit/charge will be accepted. Until such information is verified, the fare is subject to change. We are not responsible for any transaction that is declined based upon a credit/debit card that is declined by the issuing company or a travel provider or if, for any reason, the debit/credit card billing address and/or credit card verification number cannot be verified in a timely manner, nor are we responsible for any changes in fare or any other charges that may occur during our verification process. At times when the Fare selected is not available an approval code may have been taken on your credit card, if the transaction is not completed the approval code may block your available credit for a time period until the bank removes the block.

Booking Conditions

1. Your contract with us
Our acceptance of your deposit or payment forms a contract between us and the party leader (first named passenger) acting on behalf of all passengers in the party. These booking conditions apply. You are deemed to have accepted these conditions and, where applicable, the insurance details unless you write to us by return recorded delivery post to state otherwise. No other conditions will apply to this contract unless confirmed by us to you in writing.

2. Payment
The deposit required will depend on the components you choose. All deposits received in respect of independent travel arrangements will normally be held by us on behalf of the service provider concerned. In the case of flight only arrangements, or where we act as agents for the airline or tour operator not as principal, full payment is usually required immediately. Your Travel Consultant will advise you at the time of booking. Deposits are taken by FareOne Travels on behalf of the principal. Although a provisional reservation for a scheduled flight may be made on payment of a deposit a confirmed booking can not exist neither can the price be guaranteed until final payment for the ticket has been received and the ticket issued.

For packages and independent travel arrangements the balance must be paid before the date specified on the flight confirmation or no later than 8 weeks before your departure date. Cheques must be received at least 10 weeks in advance. If we do not receive final payment by the due date then we / the provider of the services in question reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled by you and cancellation charges will be applicable.
Full payment will be required immediately for all bookings made within 8 weeks of departure.

3. Insurance
Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure you are adequately insured.

Credit Card Declines
At the time of processing your transaction if your credit card declines, we will make all efforts to notify you by way of an email message within 3 business days. The transaction will not be processed if your credit card has declined. The FARE is NOT GUARANTEED.

Changes
Any changes made to the itinerary is restricted, all our tickets/hotels/cars/packages/cruises do not allow any date or name changes after the booking is completed. We advise that you purchase insurance. FareOne Travels does not guarantee, and shall not be responsible for, any bookings or reservations made or confirmed by agent to the customer in the event that the original itinerary has been changed pursuant to customer's request.

Fare Changes
At times even after the confirmation of a reservation the fare may change, we will notify you of any fare changes and we do not assume any responsibility - financial or otherwise for any such fare changes. We will notify you of the new fare and at that point you may either cancel or still purchase the product at the new cost.

Ticket Delivery
If an e ticket could not be issued for a particular reservation or if a delivery was being made of another product or service, FareOne Travels will send the paper ticket, product or service through a secure mode of delivery (a reputed courier company) and the applicable shipping charges debited to the credit card holder's account as per rates published on our website. FareOne Travels does not assume any responsibility for the fault of the delivery company. We will attempt to redeliver but do not provide any guarantees for redelivery on time. If you provide incorrect address, then you may have to pay excess fees to the delivery company for alteration of the address. You will be billed to the credit card used for payment. If an e-Ticket is generated the ticket information will be available on the web-site.

Credit Card Authorization Forms - At times for HIGH RISK transactions such as one way International tickets, foreign origination tickets, we may need a Credit Card Authorization form to be filled out by the card holder, we do NOT guarantee that the fares may be valid until we receive the credit card authorization form filled out. At times the tickets may be issued even if we have not received the form back. All issued tickets are NON REFUNDABLE.

Airlines Schedule Changes
We encourage you to re-confirm your flight schedules with the airlines 72 hours prior to departure. Failing which we advise you to reconfirm your flight schedules at least 24 hours prior to your departure. These days many airlines make schedule changes due to reasons only known to them.
Please note we shall make our best efforts to notify you of any such schedule changes. However it is not a guarantee that we shall be always able to make successful contact with you through phone or e mail to deliver to you such important travel update. We do not own any liability for cancelled flights, flights that are missed or flights mis-connection due to any scheduled changes.

Itinerary Re-Confirmation
It is the responsibility of the passenger who has booked with us online or has made booking over phone to review and reconfirm names, dates, flight numbers, airlines, routing including any airport changes are in accordance and acceptance of the passenger. If you discover any discrepancy or you don’t agree, you are requested to immediately contact FareOne Travels over phone not over 4 hours from the time booking is made.
If we don’t hear from you within 4 hours we shall consider the booking you have made is acceptable to you and we don’t hold any liability thereafter for any changes whatsoever.
